If someone orders for you, ask them to assign the points to you. ### Full payment. Points added. Points are credited automatically when full payment is received. Once credited, your points are yours. They are not lost at the end of the quarter: the gift catalogue changes, but your balance carries over. ### For Partner Portal users Yellow Cube Partner Portal users are eligible to collect points. See the Portal for the eligible products. Every eligible seat sold for at least one full year, paid upfront, earns one point. ### Assigned to the right person When placing an order, the procurer can select which Portal user receives the points. If you are not placing the order yourself, ask your procurer to assign them to you. ### Credited after full payment Only fully paid orders earn points. Points are added automatically when full payment is received. Before that, you can preview your upcoming points forecast in the Portal. ### One salesperson. One balance. Points are designed to reward one salesperson. They belong to the selected Portal user and cannot be combined with or transferred to another user. ### A reward that suits you We accept requests for model modifications and upgrades. We aim to get your reward to you as quickly as possible. ## [A few things to know.]() The program ### Who is eligible to collect points? Yellow Cube Partner Portal users are eligible to collect points. Each user has an individual points balance. ### Which sales earn points? See the Partner Portal for eligible products. Every eligible seat sold for at least one full year, paid upfront, earns one point once the order is fully paid. This includes new sales, competitor replacements and renewals. A multi-year contract still earns one point per seat. Monthly payments and terms shorter than a full year do not meet this rule. ### Who receives the points for an order? When placing an order, the procurer can select which Portal user the points belong to. If you are not placing the order yourself, ask your procurer to assign the points to you. Choosing the recipient when ordering does not allow points to be transferred between users afterwards. ### When do points appear in my balance? Points are added automatically when full payment for the order is received. Only fully paid orders earn points. Before payment, the Portal lets you preview a forecast of your upcoming points; the forecast is not yet your credited balance. ### Can credited points be taken back after a cancellation? Paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled. Once points have been credited, they are yours to use for rewards. ### Can I combine or transfer points? No. Points cannot be combined or transferred between users, including users at the same partner company. ### Do I receive every gift as I pass each milestone? No. The catalogue is a set of redemption choices. Redeeming a 100-point gift uses 100 points. Reward requests and point deductions are handled manually; discuss the details with your key account manager. ### Do my points expire at the end of the quarter? No. Points are not lost at quarter-end. The gift catalogue changes quarterly, but your points balance carries over to the next quarter. ### Can I request a different model or an upgrade? Yes. Rewards are flexible: we accept requests for model modifications or upgrades.
