01 Will Yellow Cube ever sell directly to one of our customers behind our back? +
No. We're a strict two-tier distributor — every deal goes through a partner, and once a customer is registered to you, we don't go around you. If an end customer reaches us first, we route them to a partner who fits their sector and geography, which is often the conversation we'd rather be having anyway.
02 "Disruptive" vendors sound like a risk for us to put in front of customers. How do you de-risk that? +
We bring vendors in years before they hit local hype, but only after they've proven the technology elsewhere — new to the region, not new to the world. We do the vendor due diligence so you don't have to, and we stand behind the technology in customer escalations rather than handing you a data sheet and wishing you luck.
03 Why Central and Eastern Europe — does that footprint help us as a partner? +
It does if your customers care about sovereignty, jurisdiction, or vendor supply-chain risk — the same buyer profile dominates the region. We've spent 20 years building the channel, vendor relationships, and government-grade references that make those conversations easier for partners than starting from a global-vendor data sheet.
04 What does technical enablement actually cost us as a partner? +
Nothing extra. Workshops, certified training, lab access, and the engineers behind them are covered by the vendor commercials we already have. If someone is trying to bill your team for enablement on a product we represent, flag it — that's a mistake, not a price list.
