Every eligible seat sold for at least one full year, paid upfront, earns one point. New sales, competitor replacements and renewals follow the same rule. See the Partner Portal for eligible products.
When placing the order, the procurer selects the Portal user who will earn the points. If someone orders for you, ask them to assign the points to you.
Points are credited automatically when full payment is received. Until then, the Portal shows a forecast of your upcoming points.
Build your personal balance and discuss reward requests with your key account manager. Enjoy free delivery or collection at Yellow Cube offices.
The club rules
Yellow Cube Partner Portal users are eligible to collect points. See the Portal for the eligible products. Every eligible seat sold for at least one full year, paid upfront, earns one point.
When placing an order, the procurer can select which Portal user receives the points. If you are not placing the order yourself, ask your procurer to assign them to you.
Only fully paid orders earn points. Points are added automatically when full payment is received. Before that, you can preview your upcoming points forecast in the Portal.
Points are designed to reward one salesperson. They belong to the selected Portal user and cannot be combined with or transferred to another user.
We accept requests for model modifications and upgrades. Custom rewards and point adjustments are handled manually, at your request. Discuss the details with your key account manager; a significant price difference may mean more or fewer points.
Rewards are delivered free of charge to the address you provide, or can be collected at Yellow Cube offices, within 10 working days. We aim to get your reward to you as quickly as possible.
Yellow Cube Partner Portal users are eligible to collect points. Each user has an individual points balance.
See the Partner Portal for eligible products. Every eligible seat sold for at least one full year, paid upfront, earns one point once the order is fully paid. This includes new sales, competitor replacements and renewals. A multi-year contract still earns one point per seat. Monthly payments and terms shorter than a full year do not meet this rule.
When placing an order, the procurer can select which Portal user the points belong to. If you are not placing the order yourself, ask your procurer to assign the points to you. Choosing the recipient when ordering does not allow points to be transferred between users afterwards.
Points are added automatically when full payment for the order is received. Only fully paid orders earn points. Before payment, the Portal lets you preview a forecast of your upcoming points; the forecast is not yet your credited balance.
Paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled. Once points have been credited, they are yours to use for rewards.
No. Points cannot be combined or transferred between users, including users at the same partner company.
No. The catalogue is a set of redemption choices. Redeeming a 100-point gift uses 100 points. Reward requests and point deductions are handled manually; discuss the details with your key account manager.
No. Points are not lost at quarter-end. The gift catalogue changes quarterly, but your points balance carries over to the next quarter.
Yes. Rewards are flexible: we accept requests for model modifications or upgrades. Custom rewards and point adjustments are handled manually, at your request, so the details can be discussed flexibly with your key account manager. If the price differs significantly, we may request more or fewer points.
